Order Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel an order, please email us or call 813-634-1034 As Soon
As Possible . Once the order has shipped Poppin Bobbin cannot give a refund on
the postage charge. Postage for returning cancelled orders to us is
non-refundable. No order refunds will be issued until we receive the returned
items.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise:
Upon receipt of your order, please open the package immediately and inspect
the contents for damage or defects. If any item in your order is damaged in
shipping, or if you find any defects, please contact us within 10 days of
receipt of your order via email or at 813-634-1034
Returns
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order you may return
it for replacement, equal exchange or full refund within 30 days of the ship
date of your order. Just e-mail us or call us to let us know that you are
returning an order. All returns should be sent to:

Sorry but we do not accept postage due returns or COD’S, nor do we refund
postage.
Please give us at least two business days to refund your account. We will
even exchange when we have received the order back. We will happily send you a
new one!
